At the age of two I woke from sleep to see two figures in my bedroom. One was a man, the other a young boy. I remember standing up in my crib, watching them as they walked around my room gently touching my dressers. I knew that they weren’t there to hurt me. And as I watched them walk, I felt a part of my energy leave my physical body and I was able to view the event from beyond, almost as if I had become another figure in the room. I could clearly see my two-year old physical body, standing up in the crib, quietly observing, completely entranced with these beings. This was my first experience with energy from the Other Side.

From age two until age six, I recall many experiences where I watched orbs circling my bedroom and talked to many different “people” who did not exist in the physical realm. I was never afraid of these entities. At one point I told my family members about these experiences. This type of energy was not understood by my traditional religious background. The lack of understanding caused me to grow fearful of these entities and I asked that they leave me alone. And so it was for many years.

I began sensing Divine energy again at the age of thirteen. I saw a vision of a casket with yellow roses on it. In that moment, I knew my grandfather had passed away as I could feel his energy leaving our physical plane. This was the first of many spiritual and psychic events that would surround my grandfather’s death for years to come.

Since that time, I have received many more “communications” from beyond. Often my religious beliefs conflicted with the nature of the energy that I felt. I became fearful that there was something wrong with me and prayed that I would no longer feel this outside energy. From high school through college I chose to ignore many of the messages I received from the Other Side. The few times I related these visions to the people involved, they were incredibly grateful and inspired. I, on the other hand, continued to wonder if I was crazy.

In March of 2006, I experienced a spiritual awakening. The religion I had grown up with no longer resonated as truth in my heart. Instead, I sought my own spirituality and used my connection with the Divine as my guide. Immediately after making this decision, the Divine began moving through me in a much deeper sense. No longer limited to random events, I was able to feel the Divine energy within me at all times. This time I embraced what I was feeling and began to study it. I researched meta-physics, as well as many spiritual paths to enlightenment, and found others just like me. Not scam artists or neon-signed psychic fortunetellers, but real people who had a connection with the spiritual world beyond this plane of existence. Through these studies, and my connection with the Divine, my gift has expanded so that I may be a light to help those around me reach a new level of spirituality. I pray that my readings will inspire others to find their true path and the joy that they deserve using the Divine as their guiding source.
