Frequently Asked Questions

1. What is Reiki?

Reiki is a universal or cosmic energy that is channeled through the healer to the client. In Japanese, “Rei” stands for universal and “ki” for vital life force energy. This life force energy is well known throughout many cultures and is referred to as “chi” in the Chinese tradition and as “prana” in India. During a Reiki session, this life force energy moves through the healer into the client to assist in healing the mind, body and spirit.

2. What can I expect from a reading?

You can expect a one-on-one experience with the Divine. God works through each of us differently, and each individual will be moved in whatever way the Divine feels is needed most. All readings, however, will place you on the shortest path to your greatest Light. For example, some clients have come to me with relationship issues and left with information regarding their financial situation. Others have asked about health concerns and received a visit from a relative who has passed on to the Other Side. I have found that we get so bogged down in our daily routines, that many of us don’t even know the right question to ask. The Divine is compassionate and loves us in a way that our human minds cannot begin to understand. In our human form, we are rooted in logic and reason. The Divine has none. God always gives us exactly what we need.

3. Can you predict events in my future?

Any truly connected intuitive or psychic is able to predict events in the future. A big misconception, however, is that the future is constant and static. The future is a living thing. In our human form we operate on free will—any choice that we make can change our course of events in an instant. The Divine will give me information about your future if that information will help you in the present. Any information that I receive about future events in your life is given to help you on your charted course. If you are scheduling a reading in order to get information solely about your future, you will be disappointed—it does not work this way. You are free to ask any questions that you’d like, but you will only receive information valuable to you in your present state.

4. Does scheduling a reading conflict with my religious beliefs?

You are the only one who can answer this question. In my belief system, religion and spirituality are not mutually exclusive. The religion that one practices is an expression of his or her spirituality. Spirituality is our oneness with All That Is. It is the personal connection we feel with Source energy and the driving force behind our daily thoughts and actions. Participating in a reading re-aligns you with your Higher self as well as the Divine energy that connects us all. My clients have expressed to me that after their reading they felt motivated and encouraged to explore their deepest self as well as a desire to express their spirituality with greater fervor.

5. How often should I get a reading?

This is up to your discretion. Every one of us has the capability to get in touch with our Highest self. It is important to listen to your inner voice before seeking guidance with regard to situations occurring in your life. Some people feel that one reading is sufficient to help them stay on their charted path. Others prefer to connect with the Divine on a regular basis.

6. Are you 100% accurate in your readings?

Unfortunately, no psychic intuitive is 100% accurate. Since we are human beings, we have human limitations. The information we receive is always 100% accurate but our interpretation may not be. Due to these human limitations, I always start a reading by asking the Divine to guide me to the correct interpretation. I ask that my human bias not get in the way of the reading and that I am a pure vessel for the greater good. When the Divine takes over, it is a truly a miracle to witness. I have never had a disappointed client.

7. What should I bring?

  • yourself
  • an open mind
  • pen and paper if you wish to write down information
  • questions that are as specific as possible
  • friends or family if you choose to have others around you

8. What if I’d like a reading but cannot afford one right now?

It is important for me to serve everyone. If my pricing options do not fit your budget, please contact me to discuss alternatives. I have worked with many individuals trading services as well as accepting donations. I believe that this gift was given to me to help all people and affordability should not be an issue.
