Our Purpose
We are tired. We are weary. We speak of our stress, our illnesses, and our financial difficulties. We come home after
work and mindlessly flip through the channels, hoping to decompress.
We long for more. Our commonality is also that which separates us. Bigger houses, more expensive cars, a trail of lovers—we
exhaust ourselves in our search. We are seeking something much deeper, more profound. Our physical world can no longer fulfill our needs.
It’s time to turn inward.
We want God. Whether it is a conscious decision or hidden beneath the layers of our psyche, we crave a connection to the Divine. God alone can satisfy.
Yet we’ve allowed man-made religions and religious dogma to cloud our vision of God. We go to church on Sunday because that’s what “good people”
do. Or we’ve sworn off religion and place our worship in science, nature or our favorite hobby. We’ve allowed our outer world to become so
large and so false that we’ve turned off the sacred inside us.
We all have the innate ability to hear the voice of the Divine. Unfortunately our expectations of God and our human limitations block our path.
